Opening in 2023, our new hotel and gardens occupy a belle époque mansion and a former cognac distillery amidst extensive grounds in a pastoral setting next to the River Charente, just a short drive or boat journey from the town of Cognac. Using the finest local ingredients, including homegrown herbs and vegetables from the gardens, the culinary offering will reflect the terroir of this fascinating region – with, of course, excellent wines and cognacs – while the exquisite gardens will be a destination in their own right.
